ABSTRACT
In the Czech Republic the “Arteficial Interruption of Pregnancy“ (Termination of Pregnancy) can be provided by medical or surgical method. From a medical point of view the medical method is safer and more considerate. However, with regard to the legal aspects and reimbursement mechanisms for some medical facilities is very complicated or even impossible to offer medical method to the patients.
